Week 5 · STAY
Let Them See You
Your life is already content. Your products are part of it, not the plot.
Build a presence that feels like you. Content from ordinary life. Products inside stories. AI as a tool, not a personality. No more comparison spiral. Leave with a Social Media Promise you can actually keep.
You will
- Turn one ordinary hour of your life into several kinds of content
- Promote the same product three ways, none of which are a catalogue shot
- Take a generic AI caption and make it unmistakably yours
- Learn from other Moonbeams without cloning them
- Sign a promise that puts people ahead of products — in writing
Lessons
- 5.1 · 38 minContent From Real LifeTake ordinary hours of a real life and turn them into stories, lessons, posts, videos, conversation starters, education, spiritual reflection and — only if it belongs — a product story.
- 5.2 · 26 minMy Life Is Not BoringProve to the Moonbeam who thinks they have nothing to post that parent days, 9-to-5s, chaotic kitchens, quiet nights and unspiritual-looking lives are already enough — including if they will not show their face.
- 5.3 · 36 minProducts Inside the StoryPractise story-based selling so a crystal kit can live in three different lives without becoming anyone's whole identity — and learn why a row of product graphics dies in the feed.
- 5.4 · 32 minAI can help you. It can't be you.Use AI to brainstorm, organise and unstick — without letting it replace your story, humour, language or point of view — including a full rewrite of a terrible caption and a recovery plan for the Moonbeam who outsourced her whole voice.
- 5.5 · 24 minThe Comparison TrapName the ways Moonbeams compare — followers, engagement, appearance, confidence, content, sales, other affiliates, influencers — and learn from people without becoming a copy, including a veteran rebuilding around relationships.
- 5.6 · 22 minThe Moonbeam PromiseUnderstand why a Social Media Promise matters, how to keep living FIND → ADD → CONNECT after the five weeks, and how to measure the right things as you prepare to sign — without treating the promise as a caption.
Weekly challenge
One Life, Seven Pieces
Pick one ordinary experience from this week. Make seven pieces from it. Only one of them gets to be directly about a product.
- 1Choose the moment: getting out the door, a cup of tea, a bad night's sleep, a card that wouldn't leave you alone, a walk, a row, a laugh.
- 2From it, make: a story, a lesson, a relatable post, a short video or voice note, a conversation starter, a spiritual reflection, and — if it belongs — a product story.
- 3Post at least three of the seven. The rest can live in the workbook as proof you're not empty.
- 4Rewrite one AI caption until someone who knows you would say 'that's you'.
- 5Sign the Moonbeam Social Media Promise. Read it out loud. It should feel slightly inconvenient. That means it's working.
Workbook for this week
- One ordinary hourYou don't have a content problem. You've got an attention problem. We'll prove it.
- One life, seven piecesThis is what you'll reach for when your brain says you've got nothing. You'll always have a Tuesday.
- One product, three voicesProof that the product isn't the personality. You are.
- AI can assist. It cannot replace. If a stranger could swap their name into the caption, it's not finished.
- Comparison auditYou can learn from someone without moving into their life.

Reflection
If this week goes sideways
I've been posting for months and nothing is happening.
Look at what 'posting' meant. If it was graphics and captions in a vacuum, the algorithm isn't your villain — the missing human is. This week is a rebuild around being findable as a person. Give the new pattern more than a weekend.
AI makes content easier. Why would I slow down?
Because easy and recognisable aren't the same job. Use AI to get unstuck. Then put your life back in. If a stranger could swap their name into your caption, it's not finished.
I still hate how I look / sound.
Then you don't have to start on the top rung. Go back to the ladder. Face isn't the only way to be seen. Voice, words, hands, table, honesty — all count. Self-hatred isn't a branding strategy. We work around it without pretending it isn't there.
