Growth isn't a raid. It's an invitation.
Grow a network like a human. Follow, join, comment, reply — without mass-adding, fake rapport, or treating people like rows in a spreadsheet. Practise becoming part of someone's online world.

Become a Person in the Room
For seven days, your only growth job is participation. No cold pitches. No 'hey hun'. No adding fifty strangers before breakfast.
- 1Follow or add seven people you're actually curious about. One a day is enough.
- 2Reply to five stories with something specific you noticed.
- 3Leave seven comments that couldn't be copy-pasted onto any other post.
- 4Join one community and contribute twice without mentioning a product.
- 5Write down one moment this week when you wanted to pitch and chose to stay in the conversation instead.

Reflection
If this week goes sideways
Nobody replies to my comments.
Some people won't. That's not a verdict on your worth. Check the quality first: was it specific? Was it about them? Then keep going. Connection is cumulative, not a vending machine.
I don't want to annoy people.
Annoyance lives in volume, scripts, and hidden agendas. One thoughtful comment isn't annoying. Fourteen 'hey girl' DMs in a morning is. If you're worried, you're probably not the problem. Stay specific and spare.
I've been told to add 30 people a day.
You can keep that advice in the bin where it belongs. We're not building a list of hostages. Seven curious follows beat thirty strangers who'll mute you by Thursday.
